Conscious living means that one practices reflections and evaluation of the day’s Progress. This is not supposed to be strenuous but a practice that is healthy and brings meaning to life. We must always check if we are making a difference to ourselves and others. In the morning we must be grateful to be up and still healthy to carry on with our daily routine. At the end of the day we must evaluate our contribution to the humankind. As a coach I make effort to live consciously, something I encourage my Coaching clients to practice.
