This is a case study topic following my interview at Radio 2000 (SABC radio) during prime sport Show on Friday, the 29th June 2018, at 18h30. It focuses on managing conflicting situations, especially at the time of exiting your organization as a result of being attracted to greener pastures. At this point you just want to join the new organization. You run the risk of damaging your good record and relationship with your current organization. At the same time your tussle with your current organization could make your prospective employer lose interest in you.
Linking and aligning one’s life purpose, the career, profession and entrepreneurship does not happen by chance. There must be a purposeful intervention to make sure that there are clear logical human capital development steps that are followed to achieve this. The benefits of this are immense. This is the formula I would like to share with so many highly talented and gifted people out there. My desire is that nobody should fail to benefit from their God given talent as a result of not being able to align all their desires to a single ultimate goal in their life. It is for this reason I am in Life and Executive Business Coaching. I am loving what I am doing. I want to inspire you, the listener, with this podcast. Enjoying listening. The entrepreneurs’ motivation to start business is embedded within the promise that they make to themselves and their future beneficiaries and stakeholders that they will create and entity that will outlive them. This promise is often easily broken as the organization goes through its development stages. It is advisable to write the stories about the evolution of organizations and companies so that indeed they outlive the founders. This is what we are trying to achieve with these podcasts. We writing the history to educate the future generations about how this organization came about. Thanks to technology that we can preserve this history with ease.
HAPINJALO is acronym for Happiness, Acceptance, Peace, Inclusion, Nurturing, Joy, Appreciation,Love, and Obedience. All these are the components of the phenomenon called Capital C, The COMETSA Spirit. Any organization can emulate this methodology and come up with their own cultural identity. Ours is original and we were creative in formulating it. We now live according to this concept at our company.
We have perfected the concept of Human Capital Development Through Sport since our organization, COMETSA, was established on the 1st August 1997 in Johannesburg, South Africa. We were established as sport development organization, specifically football. We used football to mobilize the youth and launched our own enterprise development project that led to the formation of COMETSA GoC International (Pty) Ltd as a fully fledged Human Capital, Management, and Leadership Consulting company as we know it today.
